Hannu Savisalo, MSc (Metallurgy), CEO

Hannu Savisalo established Savcor Group in 1981 and led the development of the company from a start-up operation to a business that had three core divisions and employed approximately 1,500 employees around the world inclusive of the FACE and ART divisions. He has driven Savcor Group's strategy since the company's establishment and has been integral to leading the integration of the various acquisitions that have been completed. He has relocated to Sydney to lead Savcor Group Ltd.

Hannu Savisalo was awarded the honorary title of Industrial Counseller by the President of Finland in 2004.

Simon Rowell, BA, ACA, Non-Executive Chairman

Simon Rowell is chairman of McPherson's Limited, JobX Limited and the management committee of Prince Henry Hospital at Little Bay. He is also an operational partner of Ironbridge Private Equity. Simon Rowell is the former managing director Snack Foods Limited and AV Jennings Homes, he has extensive experience of leading businesses with Asian, including Chinese, operations. Simon Rowell will also chair the Company's audit committee.

Nicholas Psaltis, BEngineering, Non-Executive Director

Nicholas Psaltis is a director and partner of Millennium Properties Pty Limited. He was previously CEO of Minson Construction which was subsequently acquired by Transfield PBM. Nicholas was a founder of Remedial Engineering in 1986 and was an executive director of that company until its acquisition by Group in 1995.

Jyrki Salminen, MSc (Technology), Non-Executive Director

Jyrki Salminen is working as a senior vice-president in Nokia, currently he is in charge of Nokia Multimedia Business Group's sales globally. Nokia Multimedia Group is one of Nokia's three business groups and it develops and sells multimedia devices designed for mobile internet and consumer internet services. The annual revenue of the Multimedia Group is around 10 billion Euros.

Iikka Savisalo, BBA (Accounting), Executive Director

Iikka Savisalo has worked with Savcor Group since 1995 and has been closely involved in the company's growth by acquisition strategy. He has responsibility for Savcor's business development and mergers and acquisitions functions. Prior to taking on this role he was director M&A for the ART division and before that director consumer operations for the FACE division.
